Paloma Financial brings decades of nonprofit bookkeeping and accounting expertise, paired with deep hands-on fluency in the Easyshul platform, to help synagogues strengthen their financial operations with clarity and confidence.
Easyshul is excited to announce Paloma Financial as Easyshul’s preferred accounting partner, giving synagogues and community organizations access to a trusted financial operations team that understands both nonprofit accounting and the Easyshul platform in depth.
This partnership was created to help Easyshul customers go beyond software setup and build stronger, cleaner, and more confident financial operations. Paloma Financial brings extensive experience in bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, nonprofit financial management, and synagogue accounting, along with hands-on knowledge of how Easyshul works in real organizational settings.
Paloma Financial is led by Founder & CEO Meirah Perry, who has spent her 26-year career in bookkeeping and financial operations. Together, the Paloma team brings more than 30 years of collective full-charge bookkeeping experience, with deep working knowledge of Easyshul’s financial tools, donation tracking, reporting workflows, accounts receivable structure, and operational processes.
“At Easyshul, our goal has always been to make synagogue management easier, not only through software, but by supporting the broader ecosystem our customers rely on,” said Lior Shabat, Co-Founder of Easyshul.
“Partnering with Paloma Financial is a natural extension of that mission. Their deep expertise in synagogue and nonprofit accounting, combined with their strong familiarity with the Easyshul platform, has delivered outstanding results for our customers. We have seen firsthand the value, professionalism, and satisfaction they bring, and we are proud to recommend them as a trusted accounting partner for synagogues.”
Through this partnership, Paloma Financial can help Easyshul customers connect the dots between software, bookkeeping, and real-world financial operations. Their support includes aligning donation receipts with financial records, organizing restricted funds, improving reporting processes, supporting payroll and compliance workflows, managing accounts payable and receivable, and helping ensure that financial data is accurate, organized, and easy to understand.
“Synagogues and nonprofits deserve more than basic bookkeeping. They need clean books, clear reporting, and confidence that their financials are accurate and compliant,” said Meirah Perry, Founder & CEO of Paloma Financial.
“That is what we deliver. Easyshul is one of the most thoughtfully designed synagogue management platforms we have worked with. It is built around the way these organizations actually operate, and that makes our job easier and our clients’ financials stronger. Our deep familiarity with the system allows us to set things up correctly from day one and give our clients a financial picture they can truly rely on.”
For new customers, the process begins with an introductory call to understand the organization’s needs, structure, and current financial workflows. From there, Paloma provides a tailored proposal and guides the organization through a clear onboarding process.
Once onboarding is complete, the team provides ongoing support to help the organization operate with confidence, maintain accurate financial records, and build strong financial systems for the long term.
